Chapter 1 Maintenance
1.
Remove the media from the optical disk drive.
2.
Power off the server (POWER LED goes off).
3.
Unplug the power cord of the server from the power outlet.
4.
Disconnect all the cables from the server.
5.
Pack the server securely to protect from damage, shock, and vibration.
Important
If the server is suddenly moved from a cold place to a warm place, condensation
will occur and cause failures. Wait for a sufficient period of time before using the
server and other components.
Note
Check and adjust the system clock before operating after relocating or storing the
server.
If the system clock time is significantly delayed or advanced over time in spite of
adjustment, contact your sales representative.
