Upon Starting EXPRESSBUILDER

[?] Unable to start EXPRESSBUILDER
Did you insert EXPRESSBUILDER disc before starting the server?

The server tries to read CD/DVD upon completion of POST. If EXPRESSBUILDER is not
inserted at this timing, an error message may appear or the OS starts up.
Restart the server and retry.
Are BIOS settings correct?
→
BIOS Setup Utility allows you to configure the boot order of the boot devices. Configure the
boot order so that the optical disk drive will be the first to start up. Check [Boot] menu of BIOS
settings.
Is an error message displayed at text-based startup?
→
Take the following action according to the message displayed.
Error [Message ID:Z3001] :
Description: Data on motherboard is destroyed.
Action: Check if the files for recovery are uploaded in the following site. If they are uploaded,
recover the file according to the given instructions.

Error [Message ID:Z3002] :
Failed to detect a DVD drive or a flash drive.
Description: Failed to detect a DVD drive or a flash drive.
Action: Check if hardware is properly connected.
Failed to read a file.
Description: Failed to read a file from DVD.
Action: Check if DVD is damaged.
Is an error message displayed after the graphic screen appeared?
