Possible Cause
1. The compressor
lacks oil.
2. The refrigerant
leaks.
1. The thermal
load power is low.
2. The ambient
humidity exceeds
the upper
threshold.
3. The
temperature and
humidity sensor is
not installed in a
proper position.
4. The high
humidity alarm
threshold is
inappropriate.
5. The value
detected by the
temperature and
humidity sensor is
different from the
actual value.

Solution
1. Fill oil to the
compressor.
2. Identify and repair
the leaking point, and
refill refrigerant after
maintenance.
1. Contact Huawei
technical support.
2. Measure the ambient
humidity.
3. Adjust the position of
the temperature and
humidity sensor.
4. Adjust the high
humidity alarm
threshold.
5. Calibrate or replace
the temperature and
humidity sensors.
