Possible Cause
1. Contained aisles
are poorly-sealed.
2. The differential
pressure sensor is
faulty.
The air conditioner
is shut down via
the LCD or NetEco.
1. Any two system
units have the
same address.
2. The software
versions of the air
conditioners in the
group are
inconsistent.
3. The sensor that
corresponds to the
temperature and
humidity control
type for the
master unit is not
enabled on this air
conditioner.
1. Teamwork
settings are
incorrect for slave
units.
2. The number of
air conditioner
units is incorrectly
set on the master
unit.
3. A slave unit is
offline.
9 Alarm Reference
Solution
1. Check that the cold
and hot aisles are well-
sealed.
2. Maintain or replace
the differential pressure
sensor.
1. Restart the air
conditioner via the LCD
or NetEco.
1. Change the
addresses of the system
units.
2. Upgrade the air
conditioner software by
referring to the section
that describes the
mapping between the
software and the
teamwork versions in
the upgrade guide.
3. Enable the sensor
that corresponds to the
temperature and
humidity control type
for the master unit on
this air conditioner.
1. Modify teamwork
settings for slave units
to enable slave units to
join the teamwork
group.
2. Set the total number
of units on the master
unit to the actual
number of units.
3. Check the teamwork
cable connection and
running status of the
slave units.
