Possible Cause
1. The cables to
the suction
temperature
sensor are loose or
damaged.
2. The suction
temperature
sensor is faulty.

communications
cable between the
indoor and
outdoor units is
not properly
connected.
2. The outdoor fan
drive is faulty.
3. The outdoor
unit is not
powered on.
4. The
communications
port of the main
control board is
faulty.
