Possible Cause
1. The humidifier
pump inlet is
blocked.
2. The float does
not drop because
the humidifier
float is faulty.
3. The cable to the
humidifier pump is
not connected
properly.
4. The humidifier
pump is faulty.
5. The water pump
is blocked.
The accumulated
runtime of the wet
film of the
humidifier exceeds
the alarm
threshold.
1. The humidifier
water supply is
insufficient.
2. The float does
not float because
the humidifier
float is faulty.
3. The cable to the
humidifier float is
not connected
properly.
4. The cable to the
humidifier water
inlet solenoid
valve is not
connected
properly.
5. The humidifier

9 Alarm Reference
Solution
1. Clear the blockage
from the humidifier
pump inlet.
2. Maintain the
humidifier float.
3. Check the cable
connection to the
humidifier pump.
4. Replace the
humidifier pump.
5. Replace the water
pump.
1. Maintain or replace
the wet film of the
humidifier and clear the
accumulated runtime.
1. Check the humidifier
water supply.
2. Maintain the
humidifier float.
3. Check the cable
connection to the
humidifier float.
4. Check the cable
connection to the
humidifier water inlet
solenoid valve.
5. Replace the
humidifier water inlet
