Safety parameter settings are corrupt.
A safety parameter clearing error
occurred.
The password protection is still active.
A password writing error occurred.
A communication error occurred.
Countermeasure
• Retry the operation interrupted by the fault.
• Perform safety parameter clear.
If the problem still persists after taking the above measure, contact
your sales representative.
• Enter the correct password.
• If you forget the password, perform safety parameter clear to
reset the password to the initial value, then enter the password
again.
