If the license is not authorized, perform the license authentication.

• Match the time zone setting on Windows where event logs are displayed
with the time zone on Windows where event logs are recorded.
Corrective action
The application may be executed multiple times due to the consecutive start
of the application. Click the [OK] button to close the message, and use the
application.
If the error message appears persistently even when not performing the
continuous start of the application, a system may be corrupted. In this case,
recover Windows.
