The procedure for using the Character Verification checker is as follows.
Procedure:
1.
Select Checker − CHAR. VERIF. from the menu.
2.
Specify a number for the Character Verification checker.
3.
If this is the first time to make settings for this number, select
either Character or Pattern.
4.
If there are two cameras connected, select which camera is
to be used for the inspection (A or B).
5.
Specify the inspection range and perform segmentation to
create the character image that will be the inspection
reference.
6.
Set the processing conditions and judgment conditions as
required.
7.
If you want to perform position or rotation adjustment, select
a Position/Rotation Adjustment checker.
8.
Press the A (Test) key to perform a character inspection and
then confirm the result.
