NOTE 2: When a high port-density PSU-integrated NIF is installed, and even though the LED status is "Green(blinking)",
the NIF will not be active in the following cases:
During a time span of approximately 10 seconds after the LED status becomes "Green(ON)" after GS4000 is powered on.
The "close nif" command is entered from an operation terminal.
The "disable" configuration command is entered from an operation terminal.
NOTE 3: For a high port-density PSU-integrated NIF, the "OFF" status of LED means that exchanging the NIF is possible.
