b. Open the robot enclosure door.
WARNING
Do not stand within 50 cm (19.7 inches) of the Hettich unit doors while it
is operating and the access door is open. Standing too close to the
Hettich unit doors could result in injury. Always provide a safe distance
from the Hettich unit doors.
c. Open the lower access door to access the Hettich control panel.

Resetting the Counters

After completing the Hettich unit maintenance, reset the maintenance
counter by performing these steps:
1. At the LineMaster workspace, select the Centrifuge station button.
If there is more than 1 Centrifuge connected to the automation system,
select the name of the Centrifuge module to reset.

If necessary, move the robot arm out of the way to access the rotor
calibration porthole on the Hettich unit hatch.
The rotor starts moving.
Note If the Start button is locked, the rotor will not run and the
Lock message is displayed on the control panel. To unlock
the Start button turn the Hettich unit off, wait 10 seconds
and then turn the unit on.

Note To minimize the necessary adjustments, adjust the
calibration tool to the approximate speed of the rotor
before performing the calibration.
