Information about execution of liftfast.
0: Initial state.
1: Liftfast has been executed.
The variable is set to 1 by the NC at the start of the list fast process.
The program evaluating the variable (if one exists)
is set back to the basic setting ($AC_LIFTFAST=0) in order to be
able to detect a subsequent list fast.
