(c) File usability setting
For each program, determine whether to use the file specified for the local device in the PLC file tab
of the PLC parameter dialog box.
The default is set to "Use PLC file setting".
When "Not used" is selected, data in the local device is not saved or restored when the program
execution type is changed.

When using the file usability setting for the Q02UCPU, Q03UDCPU, Q04UDHCPU, Q06UDHCPU, Q13UDHCPU, or
