Testing and Closure

1 Follow the test and measurement protocol for initial testing of electrical installations IEC 60364-6
2 Determine whether the regulatory requirements have been met during the installation of the
electrical system according to local regulations
3 Add any additional test protocols to this document
4 Measure and write down the following values:
• Earth loop impedance
• Insulation resistance
5 The charger main circuit breaker parameters are above the protection parameters [ Ir= 280A;
Ii=1600A; ln= 228A ]. write down the parameters and take a picture of the charger

6 The charger main circuit breaker is turned OFF
7 The Auxiliar system circuit breaker parameters are according to specification [Ir = 13.1A]
8 The Auxiliar system circuit breaker is turned OFF
9 LOTO device removal action can be done safely
10 The LOTO device was removed from the main circuit breaker of the external distribution board
11 The main circuit breaker of the external distribution board is in the ON state
12 Check the phase rotation. The phases must be connected to provide a clockwise rotating field
13 The input voltage measured between the phase and PE has the value between 207Vac and 253Vac
(230V±10%)
14 The input voltage measured between the phases has the value between 360Vac - 440Vac
(400V±10%)

1 Position all protective cover
2 Tighten the fastening screws of the protective cover
3 The door rubber gaskets are in good conditions
4 Check if, the door rubber gaskets are in good conditions
5 Close the cabinet door
6 Check if, all applicable steps were done with success and marked as passed
7 Check if, all data about the charger was filled in
8 Check if, all data about the customer was filled in
9 Check if, all data about the installation responsible was filled in
