1 The delivery is completeness and all components correspond to the delivery note
2 The delivery documents correspond to the goods delivered
3 The shock indicator on the charger is intact and its serial number is the same of the documenta-
tion.
4 All the incoming goods was inspected and don't shows any signs of damages
5 A picture has been taken of the charger while it was still in the transport packaging.
6 The original factory report of the charger is attached to the installation log report
7 The Charger packaging was removed
8 The charger do not shows any signs of damages
