Visual Inspection
No.
1 Check if the dispenser shows any signs of damages
2 Check that the shock indicator on the dispenser is still intact and that the serial number of the
shock indicator is the same as in the documentation
3 Take pictures from the installation, equipment and Name Plate
Installation check
No.
1 Ensure that the circuit breaker of the control panel (fan grid) is switched OFF
2 Check that anchor bolts are correctly installed on the dispenser
Software verification
No.
1 Update and write down the installed version of the following components
• Siemens controller version
• HMI version
• EVA Charge SE board
Verification of electrical functionality
No.
1 Check the functionality of:
• DC contactors
• Check contactor feedback on the dispenser HMI, otherwise on the charger HMI
Switch on
No.
1 Switch on the following switching elements at the SICHARGE UC charging station for the power
supply cable of the SICHARGE UC Dispenser:
• Backup fuse
• Residual current operated circuit breaker
2 Wait until the SICHARGE UC Dispenser has started up completely. When the display shows the Start
menu, the SICHARGE UC Dispenser is ready for operation
