10.6 Replacing a PSU

Context
Before checking and maintaining the device, ensure that the power supply to the
device is disconnected and the PSU has been powered off for 10 minutes.
Otherwise, electric shocks may occur.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap Shutdown on the home screen of the display module.
Exercise caution because the unit is still energized after it is shut down on the
screen of the display module.
Step 2 Open the electric control box, and switch off the active circuit breaker (QF1) and
standby circuit breaker (QF2).
Step 3 Remove the middle air filter.
Step 4 Remove the PSU.

A PSU needs to be replaced.
A spare PSU of the same model is available and functional.
Recommended tool: Phillips screwdriver

Loosen the captive screws on the PSU.
Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws from the PSU.
Pull out the PSU.
