● You are advised to use channel steel or angle steel to prepare a base. The thickness of the angle steel must
be greater than 4 mm. The width of the channel steel must be greater than 60 mm. If other types of steel
are used, the steel width must match the rack mounting holes.
● The holes for bolts securing the base and cabinet are 35 mm and 51.2 mm away from the sides. If you
cannot directly drill holes on the base to weld nuts, you can follow the drawing. Alternatively, you can weld
the nuts onto L-shaped components or components of other shapes, and then secure the components to the
base.
● The recommended minimum height of the base is 250 mm.
● The bearing capacity of the base must be at least 2 tons.
● Welding errors must be under control during the welding. Otherwise, the base may be unusable.
● If an air baffle needs to be added to the base, drill holes on the base to secure the air baffle.
