Measures *
• Make sure that the trigger ready output is ON and input to
the TRIGGER IN terminal.
• Do not input the lasing trigger while the lasing output is
ON.
• Check for any malfunctions of the switch/sensor connected
to the TRIGGER IN on the I/O terminal.
• Check wiring of I/O or communication port to the external
control devices.
• Check the procedures and operation logic of trigger
control.
• Check wiring of LASER STOP 1A/1B IN on the I/O
terminal.
• Check the status of the safety equipment connected to the
LASER STOP terminals.
• Confirm operation logic of the connected device.
• Check the setting value of thresholds.
• If there is a decrease in lasing quality, check the output
power.
