1-2 Product Configuration

This product is a laser welding machine which is used to process the materials by lasing.
The laser welding machine VL-W1-N series consists mainly of the following units.

Description
It is the unit that radiates the laser beam. The optical components
and the scanner are loaded inside.
It is the unit that stores the setting data and controls the operation.
The main power supply, laser oscillator and connection interface
with external devices are loaded.
Cables to connect the head and controller.
Cable to deliver the laser beam from controller to head.
Cable to supply AC power to the controller. Use the specified
optional cable or a cable with the enough rating capacity to fulfil the
power voltage specification of this product, which is compliant with
the regulations and standards in the country or region where it is
used.
Connect the touch panel console or monitor and mouse to the
laser welding machine to set the drawing data and other lasing
parameters. This display can be used also as a monitor during the
operation.
