c) Release the joysticks.

moves slowly. For DXR 145, DXR 275, DXR 305,
DXR 315: Make sure that the arm system brakes
and stops slowly.
6. Stop the product. Refer to

To examine the cylinders
1. Extend the cylinders to the end position.
2. Examine the cylinder tubes. Replace damaged
cylinder tubes immediately.
3. Examine the piston rods. Replace damaged and
bent piston rods immediately.
4. Examine the scraper. Replace a damaged scraper
immediately.
To examine the tool hitch (DXR 95)
1. Examine the lock pins (A) and the axles (B) in the
tool hitch for wear and damage. Replace the axles
if they are worn or damaged. Always use original
spare parts.

2. Make sure that the rear part of the tool hitch (C) is
not damaged.
3. Make sure that the front part of the tool hitch (D) is
not damaged.

1. Examine the pin (A) and the wedge (B) in the tool
hitch for wear and damage. Replace the wedge if it
is worn or damaged. Always use original spare parts.

2. Make sure that the tool hitch (C) is not damaged.
3. Make sure that the tool hitch is correctly attached to
the product.
4. Make sure that the joint is not damaged (D).

• Make sure that there is no risk of injury for the
operator or bystanders when the tool is used.
• Refer to the operator's manual for the tool for more
information.
Manual caterpillar track tension (DXR
95)
The caterpillar tracks of the DXR 95 have manual track
tension. It is important that the tension of the caterpillar
tracks is correct. If demolition material goes into the
caterpillar tracks when the tension is too high, the
demolition material can cause damage to the product.
If the tension is too low, there is a risk that the caterpillar
tracks come off the product.
