The indicators on the front panel of the ViewPoint 9030 can be in different colors and blink at
different rates, thus indicating six states of the terminal. See
Table 1-7 Description of the power indicator
Indicator Status
The indicator turns on in green.
The indicator turns off.

The indicator blinks in green at a
quick pace (at a rate of four times
per second).
The indicator blinks in green at a
slow pace (at a rate of once per
second).
The indicator turns on in red.
When the terminal is powered off by pressing and holding
operation must be confirmed. When the power switch on the front or rear panel is used to power
off the terminal, the operation does not need to be confirmed.

1.7 Entering and Coming out of the Sleep Mode

To reduce power consumption, the terminal can be configured to enter sleep mode after the
terminal has been in the idle state for a defined period of time.
Context
The terminal can be woken up by performing any operation on the terminal. For example, the
terminal wakes up if there is an incoming call, an operation is performed on the remote control,
or the terminal is connected to the Web interface.

Press the power switch on the rear panel to the OFF position.
