The home screen provides multiple methods to initiate a conference. You can choose one based
on the actual situation.
5.2 Answering Incoming Calls and Ending a Conference
The mode for answering incoming calls can be set.
5.3 Setting Conference Parameters
The factory settings and default settings of the conference parameters can help the conduct of
conferences. The parameters can also be set based on actual requirements.
5.4 Experiencing an HD Conference
To enjoy HD effects, all the relevant devices, including the camera, video terminal, and display
device, should support the HD capability.
5.5 Experiencing an H.239 Dual-Stream Conference
During an H.239 dual-stream conference, two independent video stream channels, that is, the
video and the presentation, can be transmitted; furthermore, two channels of video from the local
site can be transmitted or two channels of video from a remote site can be received at the same
time.
5.6 Joining an Authentication Conference
If the number of sites that are expected to join the conference is not known, you can set the
number of anonymous sites, and then hold an authentication conference. A site can join the
authentication conference by calling the conference access number.
5.7 Joining an HD-Video Conference over an IMS Network
The terminal can join an HD video conference over an IMS network.
5.8 Managing the Address Book
The address book stores site information. You can add, edit, and delete site entries.
