output S3 is in some conventions / configurations supplied via F1 and
F3). Indicated by LED "L15" blinking.

Check the fuse F8 (Output 0) on the 512 G3 main board 5010.
FAULT: 24 V out, output unit xxxxxx
The output current is > 4A. (The output might also be turned off.)

Check the fuses F9 - F12 (Output 1-4) on the 512 G3 main board
