⿎ Automatic response data with response permitted
The following response data transmit normal end or abnormal end at the end of the trigger processing (marking) with the
marking end verification response permitted.

• Refer to "Error Indication" (P.150) for error codes details.
• The automatic response data of the error code will not be transmitted in case of errors occurred when the marking
trigger processing is not in progress.
• When on-the-fly marking with multiple triggers or at regular intervals are set, the response data is transmitted at the
timing of each marking completion.
• When the marking interval is too short for transmission time of MST command, MST command is not available. In such
case, check the marking completion by I/O.
