Program 15 : Extension, Basic Setup

Use Program 15-01 : Basic Extension Data Setup to define the basic settings for each extension.

Extension Name
Define the extension/virtual exten-
sion name.

Outgoing Trunk Line Preference
Use this option to set the extension
outgoing Trunk Line Preference. If
enabled, the extension user
receives trunk dial tone when they
lift the handset. The user hears
trunk dial tone only if allowed by
Trunk Access Map programming
(Programs 14-07 and 15-06). Refer
to the Line Preference feature for
more details.

SMDR Printout
Use this option to include or
exclude the extension in the SMDR
report.

ISDN Caller ID
If both Program 15-01-04 and
10-03-05 are enabled, the system
includes Caller ID in the Setup
message as Presentation Allowed.
If these options are disabled, it is
Presentation Restricted.

Restriction for Outgoing Disable
on Incoming Line
Enable or disable supervised dial
detection for an extension.
