NOTE: To do the Fault Display, the read out of fault information is required beforhand.

STEP1: On the Main Menu, click [Tools] > [Reports] > [Fault Display] in this order.
The [Open File] screen appears.
STEP2: Select a file and click the [Open] button.
Displays a fault information report.
