VSI-MF
The VSI design employs DC-link capacitors and provides a switched voltage
waveform. As a result of the multilevel topology, the drive produces an optimum
number of switching levels - 9 levels, phase to phase. The resulting output
waveform permits the application of standard motors without decreasing the
reliability and efficiency of the motor.
