6.1.6 Electrical Heaters

To ensure the reliability of the NetCol8000-A, maintain electrical heaters once a month.

6.1.7 Other Cooling System Components

To ensure that the cooling system works properly, inspect it at least once a year.
Discharge Pressure
Discharge pressure depends on load conditions and condenser efficiency. When discharge
pressure reaches the high pressure switch threshold, the switch reacts to stop the compressor.
The following table lists the reasonable discharge pressure ranges.

Operations
On the main screen, choose
Maint > Diagnostic Mode >
Enter. Start the electric
heater. Measure the three
phases of the electric heater
circuit breaker by using a
clamp meter. Confirm that
three-phase currents are
present, and current deviation
does not exceed 20%.
Check that no foreign matter
exists on the electric heater
surface.
Check for corrosion on the
heater surface. You can
remove the rust using a metal
brush.
Manually check whether the
manual reset temperature
switch for dry heating
protection (as shown in
Figure 6-1
or
Figure
the electric heater are
operational.
It is recommended that you inspect the cooling system at shorter intervals in adverse working
environments.
