Expected Result
(Corresponding to NetCol8000-A100).

The fastener of the high water level detection switch is removed.
 The high water level detection switch connects to the HWA cable
terminal.
 There is no foreign matter in the water pan.
 The automatic overfall gap is secured to the bottom of the water pan.

The indoor fan is lowered and secured to the bottom plate of the
cabinet.

There is no foreign matter in the indoor fan.
 The sheet metal for transporting the compressor is removed.

The bolts on the compressor are tightened.
The air filter is correctly installed according to the air flow direction on the
frame.
 The hose clamp and cable ties of the condensate water pipes are
secured.
 The pipes in the cooling system are secured.
 The cable ties on the differential pressure tubes are secured.
 There is no foreign matter in the differential pressure tubes. The
differential pressure tubes are not seriously bent.
Expected Result
 Ports are connected properly. The pipelines have oil trap, inverted traps,
gradients (of the refrigerant pipes), and supports.
 Confirm the diameter of corresponding pipes is correct.
 The direction of the arrow on the ball valves of the connecting pipe for
indoor unit and outdoor unit is parallel to the direction of the copper pipes.
The ball valve is open.
 Keep pressure by filling nitrogen into the cooling system to ensure the air
tightness.
 All refrigerant pipes and water pipes are secured.
 The drainpipes have gradients, but no trap is allowed.
 All pipes are fastened with heat insulation cotton.
Check that the needle valve plug is secured (torque of 0.45±0.05 N•m),

and valve bonnet is tightened.
