The calculation is used to single system.
Before vacuumization, ensure that all connectors are tightened and the ball valve of the
cooling system is open.
Check whether long pipes are used in the cooling system. If long pipes are used, the
charged amount of refrigerant is calculated and the required amount of the refrigerant oil
is charged into the cooling system.
You can charge the refrigerant oil during the vacuumization. The refrigerant oil is
absorbed into the system by the negative pressure generated during the vacuumization.
The oil injection port must be far away from the vacuumization port so that the charged
refrigerant oil will not be pumped out by the vacuum pump. The advised port is 1 as
shown in
Figure
3-36.
When vacuumization is interrupted, please close the pressure gauge. Vacuumizing the
cooling system for 20s and then open the pressure gauge when go on to vacuumization.
