There is a problem with the fabric and
the print results, so auto adjust cannot be
done.
Refer to the user manual for further
information.
Perform manual adjustments if the
problem is not resolved.
The scanning device may be
malfunctioning.
Contact Epson Support.
Manual adjustment is possible.
An error was detected at the belt feed
measurement sensor.
Check the belt feed measurement sensor
and belt, and remove any foreign matter.
If it occurs repeatedly, contact Epson
Support.

If the print head is not capped for more than 20 minutes, perform manual capping of the print head.

What to do
Touching OK cancels the error.
When doing Auto execution of Print Adjustments, execution is not possible for
the following fabric, settings, and environment.
Fabric with an uneven surface
Fabric that bleeds-through easily
The printer is used in a place that is exposed to direct sunlight or
interference from other ambient light sources.
In these cases, execute the manual menu.

If the printer is exposed to interference from ambient light sources, shade the
printer from these sources and perform the function again; it may succeed.
When the function has failed after shading the printer, execute the manual
menu.
If the above does not apply and the same error occurs again, contact our
qualified service personnel.
Make sure there is no ink, glue, tape, etc. on the right or left edges of the belt
(within 25 mm of the edge of the belt). If there is any ink, glue, tape, etc. stuck
to the edges of the belt, wipe the edges clean with a cloth soaked in an
appropriate amount of ethanol.
If the same error appears again after cleaning, contact our qualified service
personnel.
You can continue printing by turning off the Belt Control Unit function from
Printer Settings on the control panel.

printer.
Immediately contact our qualified service personnel. When doing so, be sure to
tell us the "XXXXXXXX" (code number).
