Heater automatically turns off
The heater turns off if no print job is received and no errors occur in the printer for a certain time.
The heater restarts when a print job is received or Preheat Start is touched.
The control panel display keeps turning off
Is the printer in sleep mode?

When no operations are performed on the printer for the time set in Sleep Timer in the setup menu, the printer enters
sleep mode. The time before entering sleep mode can be changed in the General Settings menu.

Sleep mode is canceled when a print job is received, the fabric loading lever is used, or another operation involving
printer hardware is performed.
If you have forgotten your administrator password
When the password has not been changed from the default value
If the password has not been changed from the default value, enter the printer's serial number as the password.
If you have forgotten the password you set
If you have forgotten the password you set, you need to initialize the network settings in Web Config. The
following items need to be initialized.
❏ Items that can be set from the Network tab
❏ Items that can be set from the Network Security tab
❏ Administrator Name/Contact Information and Time Server on the Device Management tab
Click General Settings - Printer Settings - Restore Default Settings - Network Settings on the control panel to
initialize the settings.
The administrator password is returned to its default value.
After initializing, enter the printer's serial number as the password. You can then change this to the password you
want to use.

When the User Name has not been changed from the default value
If the User Name has not been changed from its default value, leave the User Name blank.
