9 Device Maintenance
Measures
 Check the DI port cable connection. If
the cable is loose, disconnected, or
connected in reserve, reconnect it
securely.
 Verify that the relevant device works
properly.
 Check whether the cable to the 24 V
power module in the smart array
controller is loose, disconnected, or
connected in reverse. If so, reconnect
the cable securely.
 Check whether the 24 V power module
in the smart array controller is faulty.
Replace the faulty power module.
