Probable Cause and Remedy
1) Group map data corrupted
1) Enter Re enter the Group Map;
if problem persists, return to service
center
1) Attempt was made to enter the
same password for both Supervisor
and Operator
1) Enter a unique password that is
different from Supervisor (or Opera
tor)
1) Attempt was made to load a key
to a target device from a key loca
tion in the KVL 3000 that has no key
entered
1) Enter a key into the empty
KVL 3000 key location, then load the
key into the target device
1) You have attempted to port an
ASN key to ASTRO 25 and a key of
the same algo type and KID already
exists in ASTRO 25.
1) Delete the ASTRO 25 key that
has the same KID.
1) You have attempted to port an
ASN key to ASTRO 25 that has an
algorithm type not supported in
ASTRO 25 (e.g., DVP is supported
only in ASN and cannot be ported to
ASTRO 25).
1) You cannot port this key.
1) You have attempted to port an
ASN key to ASTRO 25 and have as
signed a CKR that does not match
the key type (i.e., Traffic Keys must
be ported as TEKs with a CKR range
of 1-4095; Shadow Keys must be
ported as KEKs with a CKR range of
61440-65535)
1) Select a CKR that matches the
type of key being ported.
