Description
The operating system received notice of an
impending ASR-2 timer expiration.
A board on the expansion bus indicated an error
condition, resulting in a server failure.
A bus master expansion board in the indicated
slot did not release the bus after its maximum
time, resulting in a server failure.
A board on the expansion bus delayed a bus
cycle beyond the maximum time, resulting in a
server failure.
Software was unable to reset the system fail-safe
timer, resulting in a server failure.
A parity error was detected on the PCI bus.
The processor detected a data error, resulting in
a server failure.
Software indicated a system error, resulting in a
server failure.
The indicated processor exception occurred.
A CPU passed an internal corrected error
threshold, with excessive internal error checking
and correcting (ECC) cache errors occurring.
A required system fan failed. Accompanying data
in the log notes if an auto-shutdown sequence
was invoked by the operating system.
An error occurred with the Server Manager/R
board.
The uninterruptible power supply (UPS) notified
the operating system that the AC power line
failed. Accompanying data indicates if an
auto-shutdown sequence was invoked or if the
battery was nearly depleted.
