Checking Messages

Press the Message key once.
The voice mail is called.
When there are new messages, the Large LED on the telephone flashes as red.
With this option set, the MSG key can be used as a Voice Mail key for any function [calling voice mail or transfer
call a to voice mail (Hold + MSG + Extension Number), etc.].

Recording your Call

To record your active call in your mailbox:
Multiline Terminal
1.
Press Voice Mail Record key (PRG 15-07 or SC 751: code 78).
You hear two beeps and your Record key flashes. The beeps periodically repeat to remind you that you are
recording.
To stop recording, press the Voice Mail Record key again. You can restart and stop recording as required.
- OR -
1.
Place the call on hold by pressing Hold.
2.
Dial 654.
The system automatically reconnects you to your call.
To stop recording, place the call on hold then pick the call back up. You can restart and stop recording as
required.
Single Line Telephone
1.
Hookflash.
2.
Dial 654.
The system automatically reconnects you to your call.
To stop recording, hookflash twice. You can restart and stop recording as required.
