When the voice mail places a call on hold, it uses Group Hold. Any line appearances for the
trunk shows the hold flash rate, however, users cannot pick up these calls (a busy signal is
heard).
Updating the system time also updates the In-Mail time.
Both 2- and 4-port In-Mail systems use eight station ports.
VRS Features and In-Mail do not work at the same system.
DSPII-U10 Unithas 32 resources which are used for DT/DTMF/Caller ID receiver or Caller
ID sender. However, when using In-Mail they do not work.
In-Mail and VMS/FMS/VMP/CTI/CTP cannot be used at the same time in the same system.
The displayed message count for New and Saved messages does not update until the
mailbox user hangs up and calls back into the In-Mail.
In-Mail and Analog Voice Mail cannot be used at the same time in the same system.
In-Mail does not support Elite IPKII Centralized Voice Mail.
When transferring a caller to a mailbox the caller hears the personal greeting from the time
the transfer is completed, not from the beginning.
KSU must be licensed for ACD and In-Mail for the ACD Delay Announcement feature to
work.
Master Mailboxes used for ACD Delay Announcements cannot be used for other voice mail
features.
In-Mail ACD Delay Announcement feature requires KSU software 2.00 or higher.
The first port of In-Mail must start with one of the following ports: 1, 5, 9, 12, 16, .....237,
241, 245, 249, and will use the first port assigned + the next three consecutive ports.
Program 41-08-03: ACD Overflow Options – Delay Announcement Source Type is not
supported in Version 1600.
Program 41-19-01~Program 41-19-08: Voice Mail Delay Announcement, is not supported
in Version 1600.
