When removing the ADF Motor Unit, be careful not to drop the

3. Remove the screws (x2) that secure the ADF Motor Unit.

Disassembly Procedures
4. Remove the screw (x1), and remove the torsion spring and the grounding wire
from the ADF Motor Unit, then remove the ADF Motor Unit from the ADF
Frame Unit.
