shows both instances of BINARYREPORT function blocks. The instance
number is visible in the bottom of each function block. For each instance, there are
three separate BINARYREPORT blocks capable of reporting up to 24 Binary signals
(8 Binary signals in each BINARYREPORT block). These binary signals can be for
example dis-connector or breaker position indications or internal/external protection
alarm signals.
