● If the number of recorded items reaches the maximum when Living Mode is Home or Sleeping, data

will be overwritten because the absence recording setting is OFF. And when Living Mode is Absence,

the absence recording setting is set to ON but no video can be recorded. (factory default setting)

Protect necessary data and delete unnecessary data.

● Up to 8 (when no microSD memory card is inserted) or 500 (when a 4GB or larger microSD card

is inserted) items can be protected. However, the maximum number of items that can be

protected varies depending on the capacity of the microSD memory card.

Note

"To protect" means that protected audio/video recording

data will not be deleted.

●The message "Do you want to protect the

selected data?" appears. If you choose

"Yes", the message "Data is protected Another

XX data can be protected" is displayed on the

screen, and the screen automatically returns

to the list display screen. Protected data is

displayed with the protection symbol .

●XX indicates the number of items that can be protected.

When the maximum number of data items that

can be protected is exceeded, the message

"The protection is over the limit. Please cancel

the protection of some data." is displayed.

●How to cancel protection (

Touch

●The message "Do you want to delete

the selected data?" appears. If you

choose "Yes", the message "The

selected data have been deleted." is

displayed and the data is deleted.

Then the screen automatically goes

back to the list display screen.

●Protected data cannot be deleted.

Delete it after canceling protection.

To cancel protection, refer to page 111.

●You can also initialize the microSD

memory card to all data at once.

Initializing will also erase protected data.
