In the Event of Fire and Disconnection

Use the system after confirming that each device is properly installed.
1. Fire Detector
Activated Alarm
1. Fire Detector Activated Alarm
When the detector detects fire, the base
unit and the cordless handset of the door
phone report the event.

The following events occur when the
alarm time (between 2 to 5 minutes) of the
fire detector activated alarm has elapsed.
If the detector is running

The alarm turns into the fire confirmation
alarm. (
If the detector is restored and the alarm is sounding
■
The alarm turns into the fire confirmation
alarm. (
If the detector is restored and the alarm has stopped
■
Each device stops to light/flash and the screen display turns off.

How to stop the alarm message
Press the Alarm Stop button.
Measures taken when alarm is sounding
Immediately go to the fire origin and check out the
status, and then perform initial fire extinction, report
to the authority, evacuation and so on accordingly.
Cautions
● Using gas/kerosene stove right under the
heat detector may cause an erroneous report.
●
A large amount of smoke/steam created by
cooking fish/meat may cause the smoke
detector to make an erroneous report.

When changing to the fire confirmation alarm, the
alarm message displayed on the base unit screen
and played by the base unit changes. The handset
of the door phone also plays the alarm message.

The fire indication will turn off after approximately 3 minute
and the periphery of the MENU button will flash in red.
If the detector is restored and restoration operation is
performed with such a device as the residential receiver in the
Manager Room, the alarm message automatically stops and
the periphery of the MENU button, fire lamp and the alarm
indicator lamp on the handset of the door phone will turn off.
