Can I extend the length of calls from the lobby phone?
No. You cannot extend it.
I want to reset the date. How can I do it?
Contact the company installed the system or the administrating company, because the date setting is
performed at the lobby phone or the base unit in the manager room.
I forgot the security number. Can you reissue the security number?
Contact the company installed the system or the administrating company because it relates to the
security of the whole apartment building.
What happens if I press the emergency button by mistake?
Press the emergency button flashing in red again. The alarm sound stops, the screen turns off, and the
system is restored.

Can I change my handset of the door phone to the one with a built-in camera?
Yes. We have models with built-in cameras. Ask the company that installed the system or the administrating company.
Can I record videos?
Yes, you can.
Can I record audio?
Yes, you can.
If a delivery is left in the delivery box, a beep sounds after a certain period of time. Can I mute
this sound?
That can be done by setting equipment in the manager room. Contact the company that installed
the system or the administrating company.
Do I have to put it at least 2m away from my PC?
Yes, put it at least 2m away from PCs. As with the cases of TV and radio, the video/audio may be degenerated.
Can I configure the not-home setting?
You can make the not-home setting. See page 17 for details.
How can I extend the length of calls?
[Cont] is displayed 10 seconds before the conversation ends. Each time you press [Cont], the call
is extended by one minute.
Can I change the position of the sub-screen?
The sub-screen can be displayed at the upper right or upper left of the screen.
Ask the company installed the system or the administrating company because it requires an additional setting.
