4-2-1. Motor Torque Adjustment

Torque meter with an adapter
1.
Remove the front loading unit with the connection
cable.
2.
Set the front Switches as shown below.
Front rear
DIP SW1:ON
Front bottom MENU SW:ON
3.
Set the marker at SERVO by the JOG DIAL, and the
SET button to ON
4.
Set the marker at T_REEL_TRQ by the JOG DIAL
5.
Set a torque meter at T-Reel table and adjust the
torque data so that the torque is in the specification
by JOG DIAL while pressing JOG/SHTL key.
6.
Measure it 5 times and calculate the average, and
adjust the torque data so that the average is in the
specification.
7.
Set the marker at S_REEL_TRQ by JOG DIAL.
8.
Set a torque meter at S-Reel table and adjust the
torque data so that the torque is in the specification
by JOG DIAL while pressing JOG/SHTL key.
9.
Measure it 5 times and calculate the average, and
adjust the torque data so that the average is in the
specification.

1.
Open the Service menu and select "PG SHIFT ED".
2.
Playback the color bar portion of the alignment tape.
3.
Press search button and keep it until the number
which is displayed at right of "PG SHIFT ED" is
renewed.
4.
Connect a scope to TP722 andTP729.
5.
Confirm the t1 and t2 are 126.8us±2us.
