Waving Measurement
1. While the linearity is displayed on the monitor press " SPACE" key to hold the Peak (30 seconds).
2. Press " SHIFT" and "}" keys together and " Waving" value is displayed at left bottom of the monitor. Then
confirm the waving is 1.5 um or less, and the waving is constant from the entrance to exit. If the waving is out of
specification adjust S1 (Entrance) and T1 (Exit) Post Height.
3. After measurement press ESC key to return the main menu.
