1. Place the unit in the 625 mode.
2. Scope : CH1 SG CF

TRIG. SG CF falling edge.
3. Rotate the VR13 fully to CCW.
4. Rotate the VR13 to CW.slowly
5. Set the VR13 so that the waveform phases are
same as shown in figure
