If this option is on, the system automatically inserts the Caller
ID block code (defined in 14-01-21) before the user's dialed
digits.
16 Display E911 Dialed Extension Name and Number
Enable (1) or disable (0) an extension's ability to display the
name and number of the extension that dialed 911.
