7.14 Emergency Operations for a LOCAL FIRE Alarm (CE)

Prerequisites
The management system reports a LOCAL FIRE alarm.


Procedure
Step 1 Locate the alarm area based on the alarm information.
Step 2 Check the internal situation in the video surveillance system.


Step 3 Check whether extinguishant has been released.


Step 4 If no extinguishant is released, take necessary tools and communications devices, arrive at the
site as soon as possible, and press the manual gas release button on the extinguishant control
panel to start releasing extinguishant.

If you find a LOCAL FIRE alarm when working inside a container, determine whether to
extinguish the fire or leave the area immediately based on the actual situation and contact
the personnel on duty or fire engineer.
