5.7 (Optional) Installing T/H Sensors Outside the Unit
and Cables
Context
T/H sensors outside the unit are used to detect the temperature and humidity in
the hot and cold aisles. The installation positions can be determined based on site
requirements. It is recommended that you deploy them in places where heat
sources are concentrated or where cooling capacity is most likely to be lacking.
The sensors must not face the air outlet of the unit.
Procedure
Step 1 Connect the indoor cold aisle T/H sensor and indoor supply air T/H sensor in
series.
Step 2 Connect the indoor hot aisle T/H sensor and indoor return air T/H sensor of the
heat exchanger core in series.
