Table 6-2 Cable connection checklist
Expected Result
Cables are intact and free from sharp bends.
No open or short circuit, or incorrect connection occurs in
electrical circuits.
All cables for the unit are properly connected as required.
The rated specifications of the upstream general switch
meet the maximum current requirement.
All cables, connectors, and screws are secured.
The device is properly grounded.
Table 6-3 Pipe checklist
Check Item
All pipes are secured.
All insulation foam on pipes is intact.
Water pipe joints have been sealed by sealant.
The needle valve plug is secured (torque: 0.45±0.05 N·m),
and valve bonnet is tightened.
Pipes are not over-bent or tilted.
Drain valves for winters have been installed on the spray
water refill pipe, spray drainpipe, water pump inlet pipe,
and water pump outlet pipe.
A water trap or water seal has been installed on the
condensate drainpipe.

Expected Result
The pressure inlet tube is not blocked or bent.
The protective film on the air filter has been
removed.
The air filter is correctly installed according to
the airflow direction marked on the frame.
